John Logan Sigley married Mary Elsie O'Connor (daughter of Michael and Laura) September 11, 1901.  Their first home was in Springfield Illinois.  Their firstborn was John Wyatt Sigley; born 1901 and died an infant.  The couple later had four children:  a daughter, Elizabeth Thelma (called Thelma), born June 27, 1903;  a son, Roy Wyatt, born December 26, 1907; a daughter, Mary Alice, was born July 8, 1910; and a son, Karl Logan, born August 22, 1912.  The family moved to Farmersville Illinois before Karl was born.
