Randy Lee Adams, 55, of Springfield, died Tues., May 27, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in his home in Springfield. He was born on Oct. 31, 1952 in Litchfield, IL, a son of Wilbert S. & Louise Florence (Curto) Adams. He was employed by Cast Industries in Springfield as the Supervisor of Maintenance. He married Nileene Marie Kindernay. They later divorced. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle & fishing. He loved his dog, “Peaches.” He is survived by:

2 sons, Richard Street of Taylorville and Randy Adams of Gillespie
2 daughters, Annie (Joe) Boeck of Buffalo, MO and Ruth (Gary) Murkin of Witt
1 brother, Gary A. Adams and 7 grandchildren
Several other relatives & friends
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Jerry W. Adams & Jimmy Carl Adams.

Funeral services will be held Sun., June 1, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Burial will be in Crabtree Cemetery in rural Litchfield. Visitation will be held Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home.
