From the Montgomery County Clerk - you would get a copy of the actual Marriage License and all supplemental documents received by the Courthouse (if available) that were used to create the registry entry - those documents include the Marriage License itself (usually a bordered form suitable for framing), the Marriage Application with all the information that the Registry Entry has on it, and if available the father's signed consent to marry document.  The Marriage License and Application sometimes have the Marriage Officiant, the Bride, and the Groom's signature on them.
