Klu Klux Klan Visits Bois D' Arc Church
During song service on Sunday evening at the Bois D'Arc Baptist church five miles north of Farmersville, twenty-one members of the Klu Klux Klan marched into the church following the leader who was carrying a U. S. Flag, left a contribution of $21.00 and a message stating that the Klan was in sympathy with the work done by the Bois D'Arc Baptist church and that its organization upholds church work. The twenty-one men wore the regulation uniform of the Klan. They marched out of the church as orderly as they came in. The affair has created a lot of comment in Bois D'Arc Township.
