Some death certificates have spelling errors. These errors were not corrected when compiling this database. For example Solomon Harkey's name is spelled Solemen Harkey on his death certificate.

Partial name matches - Searching for the last name "hart" will match records with the last name Hart, Hartman, Reinhart, Gerharts etc. Searching the database for "Solomon" "Harkey" won't find any matching records. Searching for the first name "sol" and last name "har" will locate his record. Using a few letters of a name instead of the full name will help locate records that may contain spelling errors.
