Most of my genealogical work will come out of Bond and Fayette counties, however I have family buried at Mt Moriah Cemetery in Montgomery County, which is on the Bond-Montgomery county line. The surnames I am working on are Dugan, Miles, Mayfield, McCullah, Reeves, Walker, Wright, and Williams. The Mayfield family is buried at Mt. Moriah. I am to the late 1700's in some cases and the brick walls are starting to appear. I love the search. It's like finding buried treasure.
